Show missing when on TV but not on laptop

Hi, can someone explain to me why I can watch Handmaid's Tale via my laptop (NOW TV player) but it's not showing up when searching for it via NOW TV app on my TV (via BT box)? I have an Entertainment Pass. Thanks, Marius

The reason why is that the Youview boxes don't currently support a NowTV Entertainment Pass.

This is going to change later in the year, where the NowTV Entertainment Pass will be available on the Youview platform, but there is no official date yet been given by NowTV & Youview.

Ok @schnapps thanks for clarifying! Luckily I have an HDMI cable so can still connect my TV to the laptop and watch it on the TV that way.
