Series 5 in it's complete form will probably appear 'on-demand' at around the same time the next new series begins. Which (as previous series) should be around the end of September/begining of October...
Season 5 of Scandal is already on NOW TV, however there are two listings for Scandal, one under ABC Studios and one under Sky Living. Make sure you choose the Sky Living one as this has season 5.
