the sound on the box breaks up no matter what channel or program you watch,your boxes are badly designed and if its not sorted by march 31 i will be cancelling my subscription.

it is not only on my now tv box but also on my daughters bow who lives 1/2 mile up the road.

stop passing the buck and blame tv channels and get the boxes sorted out.

A few questions regarding your issues

 

Could you let us know what version of nowtv box you and your daughter are using

 

Also is it all programmes the issue is happening on or specific programmes

 

and are you experiencing the issue on any other devices

The version would be what type of Box you are using is it the new Smart Box or the standard Black/White Box?

i cannot see any of the pictures in your mail.
my box is black and i have only had it 4 months so if you knew about the
issues in the first you should have never have them sold in shops. i will
let you know what colour my duaghters one is later when she gets up, we
both love now tv but we are very dissapointes with the sound quality.

my box is black with white now tv writing on the front and now tv emboss
black on top.

For future reference you have the 'black' NOW TV box 😉

 

I'm actually suprised you're having audio issues. I had a 'black' box directly connected to one of my TV's for a number of months and don't remember having any major audio issues with NOW TV content.

 

Currently, I'm using a 'smart' box, which is directly connected to a Panasonic TV, without any audio issues at all!

 

Request to the NOW TV Team Members: Given that @Anonymous User's issue does not relate to running the NOW TV app on an PlayStation 4 Device, how about moving his posts into the forums dedicated NOW TV Box (black) sub-section (or wherever is more suitable)?

its ok i have cancelled my now tv account and so will my daughter and as
useral you sky people always never admit that your equipment are at fault,i
am now using virgin media and netflix and you have missed out.

If you are referring to me as being a you sky people you are very much mistaken @Anonymous User. I don't work for Sky or any of their affiliates, I'm a regular NOW TV customer who is sharing their experience using the same playback device as you!
