Re: 4 Month Cinema Pass Error

I purchased a Now to box that came with a 3 month entertainment pass. I purchased it on 5th April and set it up with the pass code on the same day. I have just checked my account balance and have seen that £6.99 has been taken from my account. Why?

Although the most common cause for this is that you are signed in to the wrong account and the voucher is assigned to another account
