Possible content issue:

I have an entertainment pass and wanted to watch a show on the discovery channel but it wont let me and says that there is an error and to try later?

Is this a live TV broadcast or on catchup?

 

If catchup is the show due to expire(d) or got a date showing from?

 

Also if not using a Now TV stick/box, it could be a content issue for the platform.

 

If it’s not a future showing content and not expired, you’re best to report a content issue so NOW can get resolved on the platform you’re using to view.
