As a Netflix and Amazon Prime member, I'm starting to think I've been really spoiled.
I've popped over here for a trial and your search function is terrible! Can't search by actor, there's not LGBTQ genre, both of which the other two sites have.
Your subscription and passes don't justify the level of patience needed to hunt down what I want to watch and that's when I know what I want to watch. If I'm looking for ideas, I can't search by as tags as the other steaming sites. It's just really poor design on your part, it makes the site too clunky, hence why I'm going to be staying with the others. I'd be interested to try again, if you streamline it.
