Poor juddery picture - unwatchable

I signed up a week ago to your service. Since the weekend we have had extrremly poor picture quality resulting in skipping frames and juddering. We cannot actually use your service atall at the moment. I have tried to check the system status via your link but it just says unavailable.


Could you give me some information as to whether there is an issue or is this expected. If it is I would like to cancel my account and have my money returned.

In the interest in collecting information: -

  • What's the make and model number of your NOW TV playback device?
  • What's your NOW TV playback devices 'software' version and NOW TV 'app' version?
  • Which NOW TV packages have you subscribed to (ie: Entertainment, Movies, Sports)?
  • How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us and/or the NOW TV developers to work out a solution for you!
