Permission denied

I'm trying to watch Season 2 of Twin Peaks on an Apple TV box. I am receiving a PERMISSION DENIED' error message when trying to play any of the episodes.
Season 2 plays fine on my phone but you don't allow Airplay so this is thoroughly marring my enjoyment!
Please can you fix this ASAP?
