Pass has disappeared

I applied a three month Entertainment pass voucher to my account a couple of weeks ago, yet now £7.99 has been taken from my bank account and there is no sign of the pass. It definitely appeared to have been applied at the time I updated my Now TV account.

I would jump on live chat. They will check your account and be able to see what has gone wrong.

  • Click the link.
  • Click "get in touch" at the bottom.
  • Select "live chat."

 

It is a good option to take a screenshot of your pass(es) also. 😉
