I entered a new pass for entertainment earlier this month and it showed an expiry date of July 2016, but now it has gone! I have hunted for live chat - but it doesn't seem to show up under "contact us".
Has live chat dissapeared please?

Hi and welcome to the forum,
Actually, the 'Contact Us & Live Chat' button can be found at the bottom of all the Help Centre articles. The idea being that after reading the 'Help Centre' article that fits your needs you should be able to resolve your issue yourself and only have to contact somebody at NOW TV as a last resort.
