still continuing to happen this afternoon.this issue has been ongoing for months and its still not been sorterd.are now tv going to fix this? @Karl-F whats going on about this issue,had no response back from you.

One of the reasons I'll be ditching NowTV once the football season pass offer expires for me in June. I've already dropped entertainment and movies. The so called support at any level with NowTV is atrocious at best...

My other reason for leaving? Netflix offers so much more in quality and quantity than NowTV which has become abysmal in comparison.

happening again while watching the cricket on cricket channel earlier and now while watching the football on sky sports football channel.

No change there then between 2018 and 2019. Just listened to 4 days at Portrush. Couldn't watch because no picture lasted for more than 20 counts. Disgraceful when you are paying £15.00.

Don't tell me it has anything to do with my internet because it doesn't - it's just a crap service.
