Welcome to the forum. Some years there has been a catch-up episode of the Highlights available but NOW TV haven't told us for definite if there will be one this year or whether it will be subbed. I'll tag @Anonymous User and @Anonymous User from the NOW TV Team to see if they can tell us anything but if you don't hear back you might want to watch the Highlights show live (8pm Sky Cinema Oscars with a cinema pass or 9pm Sky One with an entertainment pass tonight) just in case (there's also a repeat of the full ceremony currently showing on Sky Cinema Oscars). Live channels don't have subtitles though.
The full ceremony is now available on catch-up for 5 days, you can find it by searching for Academy (the show is titled The 90th Annual Academy Awards), however there are no subtitles unfortunately.
