Now TV failed to launch 1080p HD

Live chat has informed me multiple times over the last week or so that 1080p hd was launching on the 18th. Well it's the 18th and it's not here so where is it and why has it failed to launch. I'm seriously annoyed at present. To me it looks like you have said one thing and done another.

Whoever informed you on Live chat re 1080p "launch" on the 18th November is sorry to say talking rubbish. 

There is no official launch date for this much needed improvement. Trials are still on-going, so don't expect it anytime this month.

Just signed up on a 7-day trial in HD on my NOW TV devices and then £3 after that it was on my box when I put it on on this afternoon I've got the entertainment channel in HD I got the movie channels in HD and also I got the sports channels in HD looking good so far .
