Not able to play some episodes

Hi, I'm using Now Tv app for pc, and recently I have some issues trying to play two programmes: Californication and Law& Order SVU. I've checked other programmes, everything seems to work.

With these two, I've got message: Sorry we're unable to play the content at the moment try again later. I've deleted the player from the pc and downloaded again, but it didn't help. I've deleted from the phone, and the same story. Only those two programmes don't want to play. Any ideas, what cant I do to fix it?

There are similar issues with Swat, season 1 episodes 21 and 22 for myself. Where on all devices I receive the something went wrong error message. Couldn't even download them on my iPad.

Decided to go onto Live chat and explain the situation, where I was transferred to level 2 for technical support. Who then told me there is a known issue across other episodes.


It might be best to on Live chat and let them know the episodes you are having issues with.
