New Box apps unavailable

I’ve purchased a new now tv stick. I’ve installed it and all of the apps aren’t available 

my apps section showing a grey box with now tv logo in and the App Store saying unavailable. 

I’ve performed numerous hard resets as well as checked for updates, still this continues to be the case.

Strangely enough you are the second person in the last 10 minutes or so who has the same issue with their new nowtv stick.

The only thing i could suggest is to go through these trouble shooting steps in the link below.

If the full factory reset or forcing a new software update by following these instructions below doesn't work, then i don't know what else to suggest apart from to contact live chat for further assistance.

Forced software update instructions below.

This updates your software, fixing any faults in the process.

• Start by pressing your NOW TV remote control buttons in this order:

Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2

• Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen.
• Press OK, even if you already have the latest version.

That’s worked thanks so much 🙂 it allowed me to add them manually
