My sky movies arnt playing loads then goes bk to home page

My sky movies rant playing on now tv box I have a pass til 18 Dec it loads then goes to home screen plz help

My NOW TV stick plugged into the back of my tv is having the same issue. Seems to be buffering at every film then flicking straight back to home. Have checked that software is up to date and internet connection is fine. I pay for sky movies monthly, so can’t be an issue with expirations. Please see below for my stick details:

Same here for the entertainment package. Tried reset, no joy (wel, no programs). I'm new to this- is this a common event?

We are aware of an issue where NOW TV Customers Using Roku Devices, Maybe experiencing issues playing Live or on Demand Movies and Shows. Our technical teams are looking into this issue right now and will work to get things back up and running as soon as possible.

I’m using a now tv stick. Still won’t load but will play on my mobile device.

I signed out and back in and managed to get 2 films to load now nothings working again
