My sky movies rant playing on now tv box I have a pass til 18 Dec it loads then goes to home screen plz help

Movies and entertainment going back to main stream, using nowtv box , wired internet

We have a now tv box. We could get foxon the entertainment channel today
however when I press for the programme it goes back to the home page
