When I try to watch a movie I get the 'Oops something went wrong' issue stating 'Unable to complete purchase on this device'. I've tried device resets and that doesn't fix it. My year long Movie pass recently expired and I took out a 2-month Vodafone deal. But when I log into the website and check my passes there is no entry at all for the Movie Pass.

Ive had to seriously tighten spending for urgent work on my house, went on in October to cancel movies, system offered me a 3 months free which I accepted, first month free, second they took money (24/11/19) but no access to it... account shows money due again on 24/12/19
movie pass not showing up, yet all others I don’t have are so I cannot even cancel again and I cannot cancel payment on online banking as Now are just using my details.... this is not good service!
