I bought the mobile month pass not knowing that I couldn't cast to my Chromecast. I have now cancelled this pass and bought a week pass so I can cast the Liverpool game. Any way I can completely stop the month pass and activate the week one?
If you are seeking a refund for the mobile pass, then firstly cancel the pass by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here and follow all the steps on screen (approx 4 steps) to cancel the mobile pass.
Then pop over to live chat and explain to them what's happened and see if they will offer you a refund for the mobile month pass.
