Got a entertainment pass so I can watch all 8 seasons of Dexter. As of today there are many episodes of seasons 2,3,4 missing. Why is this? When I subscribed on the 31/12/18 it had all episodes but as of 1/1/19 many episodes are missing. Can this be looked into please.
I started watching Dexter Series 1 at the begining of December, and was well into Series 2. Watching Ep 6 on 02/01/19 - came to watch Ep 7 last night - Dexter was longer in my "Continue Watching" - I thought it was a bit odd - searched for Dexter and went to the episode after 6 - and started watching it - realised that we were missing some stuff (i.e. the story had moved on a bit). On examination Ep3, Ep7 and Ep8 have been removed - Why? Are they coming back?

This is the reply I got to my email about the missing episodes, I now have all episodes for all 8 seasons.....

It doesn't sound good to us when our customers face issues like this.
However, as many of our customers are facing the similar issue we'd already taken this to the notice of our higher team and it seems that they have managed to fix the issue now.
