Looking - Error message 1300

I'm getting the dreaded 1300 error message when trying to catch up with Looking. Any ideas when this will be resolved?

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,

 

Just-so-you-know... NOW TV have no control over 'third-party' apps, such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, Demand 5, RedBull TV etc.

 

The content delivery systems and the UI's for each distribution platform is entirely controlled by the service provider.

I keep getting error code (1300) when selecting the next episode of a series ..
This is becoming more frequent
This has happened again tonight whilst trying to watch island at war on itv encore. If I proceed to the next but one episode it works..

Thank you for getting in touch, we're very sorry for some of the content issues we're having at the moment. We're aware of the Islands at war episode 5 having an issue and it's been raised.

 

Can you let me know which other programs this happens with?

Now TV said that they were aware of problems loading Island At War Episode 5 back in September, but it still won't load 3 months later. How much longer???

We've tested this here and it seems to play with out an issue - might have been a problem as it was coming onto the platform.
