Looking - Error message 1300

I'm getting the dreaded 1300 error message when trying to catch up with Looking. Any ideas when this will be resolved?

It appears to let you watch on smartphone but not on the box

It is the white now tv box and the programme i tried was island at war ep4. I could watch on the app on my phone but couldn't on the box

How annoying! Watched episodes 1,2 and 3 of island at war and now 4 and 5  showing error 1300. This has happened on a number of programmes, think I'll go back to Netflix please advise

Hi,

The Blacklist Series 2 is showing error 1300 for the first 4 episodes.

Don't realy fancy starting at episode 5!
