Hi,
I have just purchased a 6 month cinema pass that is confirmed in my account payments. However I am unable to watch any movies as the website is saying i need to buy a pass! Helppp.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. When you go to your My Account >My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes
you can see your six month offer showing as active?
If so, go to your My Account > Account Details page http://account.nowtv.com/account-details and check what username you are logged in as.
Then make sure this is the username you are logging in with when you try to watch. If you're trying to watch on the website make sure cookies are fully enabled and/or try a different browser if you can. If you still have trouble have a word with live chat who can help further. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

I have the same problem. I have purchased the one year offer entertainment pass, and when I go into my account/passes it doesn't seem to recognise this at all, and just asks me to buy more passes/
