I have got ITV Player on the Now TV box, but it doesn't appear to have as much content as I would expect. I was wondering if I was missing something obvious?
I would expect at least 7-day catch-up so I could watch, for example, more than one episode of Coronation Street. (The description in the Channel Store says "ITV Player offers 30 days free catch up of all the shows you know and love.")
But when I go to the main ITV channel in 'Guide' it just shows today and yesterday. If I go to 'C' in the A-Z it just shows one episode of Coronation Street. Are further episodes available via some method I'm not seeing?
I know this is an ITV problem rather than a Now TV one, but I was wondering if any users could help me? Thanks.

Hi,
There is a way to get more episodes of corrie. It is a bit long winded but it does work.
If you play the latest episode and then press the pause button you will see a box that says something like more episodes. Click on that box and you can get all the older ones.
Hope that helps.

@Anonymous User
My nowtv smart box doesn't have the search engine function on the ITV Hub App.
You could try the A-Z feature on the box to see if that finds you the particular TV show that you are looking for.

As mentioned above @Anonymous User,
NOW TV have no control over 'third-party' apps, such as: BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4, Demand 5, RedBull TV etc.
The design of their UI's, the content they offer, their delivery systems for each distribution platform is entirely controlled by the individual service provider.
Cheers

It's much the same with the 'apps' on my 'smart' televisions.
Content that's available on say, my LG television is not available on my Panasonic television or Virgin media box (or vice versa).
Cheers

Like SMD said the third party apps on the nowtv boxes are under the control of the app provider.
Just checked my Panasonic smart television ITV Hub App and my BT YouView box inbuilt ITV Hub App and they are both offering a much nicer ITV UI interface experience together with a search engine function.
Perhaps drop ITV an email on their website asking them to look into the possibility of improving their ITV Hub App on the NowTV boxes.

@Anonymous User There's an odd one or two programmes that are available on one device but not another as far as ITV Hub is concerned, but mostly what you see on the iPad should be on the NOW TV box version. Make sure you entered an English postcode (press * on remot for settings and go to Location to check) and also bear in mind when using the A-Z that shows beginning with The are under T so for example The Chase is under T not C.
