I’ve purchased a now tv 3 entertainment it wont come through the tv

I’ve purchased now tv 3 months entertainment pass for £7.99 I purchased it on my iPhone and when trying to access it through my tv i won’t come through, I’ve already got a movies month pass and it wont show me any series, which is the reason I got it.

@Anonymous User Are you using a Youview box? As youview only has the movie pass due to right restrictions.

What nowtv playback device are you using when watching on your TV, is it a YouView box by any chance ?
