I need help my now TV movies does not work! It keeps on saying Oops something went wrong I tried everything by resetting device still not working! I really need help! I also can’t contact now tv which is crap!

If you are not using a Now TV box or stick then try switching the power off to your router for about 30 minutes.
Also if you are using a VPN on your router, then try disabling it.
