Have you checked all your email addresses (including spam & deleted folders) for any correspondence from nowtv which may give you a clue what email details you used on your nowtv account.

Another thing you could check for clues, is to go into the NowTV App of all your playback devices that you have used in the past and under the My Account section of the NowTV App it should show the sign in details used (unless you have logged out of them).
