I cancelled a pass within a day of buying as it said I have 14days to cancel.

I didn’t find there was anything I was interested in, but I’m still waiting for my refund, and on the passes screen it says I’ve cancelled, but I can still watch until November 2018. I don’t want access until November 2018, I would like a refund.

 

ive tried to contact on messages but I don’t think it has gone through and can’t find an email address to send to.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you took out one of the Black Friday deals? Cancelling the pass just stops it renewing at the end of the offer, but the pass will still work up until the end date as you mention.
