I can't view my passes

I'd like to unsubscribe, but every time I try to view any of my passes, I just get an infinite loading screen. It's been happening for the past week and no matter how long I leave it open, it never loads.

Is there any other way to unsubscribe, or fix this bug?

Try disabling your ad blocker on your device, if that doesn't work try a different internet browser when going to My Account > My Passes.
