If you're trying to watch it via the Latest section of the NOW TV app eg via Entertainment > Channels > Sky Living > How to get away with murder > Latest > Ep 14 then it doesn't currently work due to a bug which takes a day or two to correct.
But if you go via Entertainment > Channels > Sky Living > How to get away with murder > Season 4> Ep 14 instead it should work.
Watching from your Continue Watching section should also work.
Until it's fixed, the same goes for any other shows you are finding don't work via the Latest section
