I’ve been on chat for an hour now with 2 different agents trying to find out the same. I’m being told I have the right pass, which I already know, and that sometimes shows are restricted, but this seems to be a different error. I don’t understand and I’m not get answers. Extremely frustrating. It lets you want season 6 but that’s it. There’s 5 other seasons listed there that you can select but they just don’t play. I’ve tried iPhone, iPad and smart TV. Smart TV gives the error ‘Content request not recognized’. I think I’ll just cancel, it never works and shows seem to go in and off it constantly - super unreliable and nit user friendly at all.
