Newbie to NowTV - just bought box and three month pass, followed instructions and registered using debit card and three month pass code. 'My passes' shows entertainment pass valid wef 07/10/2016, but if I try to play entertainment box sets I'm told that pass has expired (error code 10024). Is NowTV usually this bad?!

Tried another movie now its saying
ERROR Code 10024
your pass has expired.
If you would like to resume viewing, please purchase another pass.
Thats NOT right my pass runs out in December
Please help

have same problem here can only sit and wait if not back in morning contact customer service via email. have had to do this in past you usually get a reply within 24hrs.
