Hello
I bought two Now TV smart boxes on an offer with each of them providing 6 months free Entertainment in December 2016. The first voucher has just run out but when I have tried to enter the other boxes voucher code its coming up as not recognised, has it time expired or something? If so not impressed.
Is there any other way I can activate this pass?

I have had this happen to me on a few occasions in the past.
Try a different internet browser when going to the nowtv website under My Account > My Passes.
I find Microsoft Edge is a bit hit or miss and Firefox works better for me.
If you are still getting no success try contacting live chat on the link below, they should be able to help you out.

Thanks for your response, I am a novice with all of this but was just about to post again to say I found live chat.
Excellent service provided on live chat and 10 mins later all resolved!!
