Entertainment Pass stopped working

I have a 6 month Entertainment Pass I got from Vodafone. It's been working fine for about 4-5 months but suddenly has stopped working and it's asking me to pay £6.99. What can I do to fix this?

@Anonymous User passes are managed by Vodafone who tell NOW TV if you are still entitled. Are you sure your 6 months isn't up?

My phone contract is probably 6 months in but I didn't activate the voucher for a month or 2 after. I'll ring Vodafone.
