To update this matter has still not been resolved - the latest email from Now was as follows:-

1) Have you checked on any other devices?
2) Have you checked your internet speed (http://www.speedtest.net/) it should be above 2.5mbps?
3) Have you tried any other trouble shooting steps?
4) Are you receiving any error code or error message on screen?
5) Have you checked on any other programs?

I have pointed out that I am not the only person having this issue (which has only been since they resolved the problems of the missing episodes) - I hope this will be resolved.

Not good,,see people trying to watch The Wire on these boards too.
Walking Dead 9.1 was fine.
Netflix is fine.
Now TV video on WD Season 8, with sound constantly cutting out...is fine.
Our Broadband is fine....look we can write her on the internet!
NOW TV - this audio problem is severe - please respond properly with news of a Fix.
