Device reboot

Hi for the last few weeks I have needed to reboot my iPad  twice and each time now to things I've included a new iPad so it' wants to restrict me as a user.

 

please note I hardly use the now to box and always use my iPad. Feel I should not be restricted  when I reboot the now to should ask a question about if you are using a newer version of the device or new one this would solve my issue.

 

can some one who help sort please I have not logged in two many devices only rebooted as Apple has been having bugs.
