Charges

I have had my now to box for less than a month now and I have been charged to use the sky entertainment although, on my box it clearly says that I have 4 months free. Can you tell me why this is please as I am overly disappointed!

@Anonymous User you would have had a scratchcard inside the box with a code to enter. Did you enter this, as it sounds like you've only started the 14 day trial?

As @Anonymous User says you do need to enter voucher code at My Account/My Passes for offer to be activated.

 

Unfortunately people assume that this is done automatically.
