Charged when i was meant to have a free trial?

hi, i had registered for a free trial of an entertainment pass but later when i went to access this on the Now tv app it said i had to log in online and accept the T&C's without giving me instructions on how to do this. I logged in and it asked me to confirm my bank details to my account  before it would let me go any further, later i realised i had been charged £6.99 for a months pass which i dont want. i would like this to be looked into and i would like my money refunded.

@Anonymous User sounds like you created a second account which has been charged as you can only have one 14 day trial per customer. You might want to try live chat to see if they can cancel one of those accounts for you.

The 'Contact Us & Live Chat' button can be found at the bottom of all the Help Centre articles. The idea being that after reading the 'Help Centre' article you should be able to resolve your given issue yourself and only have to contact somebody at NOW TV as a last resort.


That being said. In order to access the forums 'live chat' facility using a Windows or Mac computer (not a mobile device) between 08:00-24:00Hrs. Here's what you need to do: -


  • Click on the following: Manage my account link.
  • Scroll down to the 'Contact Us' button (on the bottom left of the web page) and click on it.
  • A new web page should open up with the 'Live Chat' button at the top right of the page.
  • Click on the 'Live Chat' button and a new window should open up, with a range of drop-down options and a 'Request Chat' button.
