Charged for the entertainment package when I had 3 months free

Can you tell me why I have been charged for the entetainment package on the 9th September 20 17when I applied the code for the 3 months free on 26th August 2017

Okay, my issue has finally been resolved!  Apparently I'm getting my £7.99 back within the next 5 working days.  They've added a new 3 month  voucher to my account (I haven't checked my account to confirm it). I had to take a photo of my new box and send them the serial number.

I have just received confirmation that not only do I receive the £7.99
refund and 3 month pass starting 30/09/17 to 29/12/17 but I also get the
period 30/08/17 to 29/09/17 free. That's a refund and a 4 month pass. It's
just a shame I've had to waste time emailing back to many different people
rather than just one competent staff member who could have sorted this out
immediately. It would have been better if Now TV had actually seen the
problem themselves and rectified it without having to wait for complaints -
perhaps they hoped no-one would notice!
Good luck with your problem - you could use my outcome to request a similar
one. It would be unfair for some to get extra compared to others who had
exactly the same problem and got nothing.
