Cannot stream tv show.

I have followed guidelines and opened nowtv with internet explorer but i still get error message which directs me back to help centre. Need help

In order fir somebody to try help you, you'll need to provide some more information. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Especially:

What operation system are you using,
If windows 8 or 10 have you tried the nowtv app on windows store (free),
Have you the latest windows updates installed,
Have you latest version of Silverlight installed and have you tried a reinstall,
What antivirus/firewall do you use,

What is the error message you are receiving?

Could you please let us know the exact error message that appears on your screen. Are you able to play NOW TV on the app rather then the browser?
