Can't set up nowtv stick as it won't accept bank details I've tried all the cards I have plz help

I brought a now tv box for my son for Xmas and it won't let me set it up keeps telling g me error bank details are wrong but I've checked card and there all right ? Please help

I believe the NowTV system only excepts UK bank cards with either the visa or master card logo on them and the cardholder must be a resident of the UK and the card billing address matches your residential addresss.

Pre paid credit cards sometimes causes issues with the nowtv payment system.

Also, because nowtv take a temporary 10p off your bank card to check that your card has funds on it (where the 10p is re credited back straight away) sometimes because of the small amount of money involved the bank thinks it's some possible fraud attempt on the card and blocks the transaction, where you will need to double check with your bank if they are blocking it and you may have to give them authorzation to allow processing the transaction.
