There are various reasons charges can arise- voucher code didn't apply correctly for example, another I have seen is people have a code for entertainment but also accessed the free movies trial. You can check exactly what you have been charged for by clicking my account at the top then view my bills.
If you contact chat they can help with applying/reapplying the voucher and sorting any due refund.
