Audio description problems

Hi all, No idea why but I have started to get audio description on Sky channels. Is there anyway to disable it?

Tonight's episode of Girls on Sky Atlantic had audio description on and I have no idea how to switch it off! What's going on?

Same on Sky 1 and Sky Living.

Same here on Sky 1, Atlantic and Living! Must be a great help if your sight is bad but damn annoying when it's not! Subtitles would be nice at some point, Americans do tend to mumble! 😆

Unfortunately, audio description is still very much with me. I'm having to wait for shows to start and then watch them on catch up to avoid the AD.
