I posted on here about a missing episode and sure enough it’s been added but it doesn’t allow me to play it? I have deleted and re installed the app and this still keeps happening and I’m getting code0xfd8000bc please can you tell me how to resolve this? Thanks

The episode is not working, two different error codes have shown up and led me here when I googled what they mean. It tells me to restert the app which I have and it isn’t working.
