App for iPad not working just crashes

Hi 

the app loads to the main screen then crashes as soon as you try to get on to any passes please help I have tried deleting the app nothing is working

Yes, NowTV have fubared the latest release.

Can you go to iPadOS 13?

 

Shouldn't be necessary of course, ought to work from iOS 9 upwards, but this is a workaround, for those who can make the OS upgrade, in the meantime.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It's a iPad 2 so won't update past iOS 9.4 and after it just crashing then saying that it's not connected to the internet which it is
