American horror story apocalypse ep 2 - sound keeps cutting out

Hi I'm trying to watch episode 2 of AHS Apocalypse on demand but the sound keeps cutting out every few seconds. I know thr problem is with this episode in particular as the sound works fine on everything I have watched including the previous episode. I've also tried watching it on a different device and have turned my now tv box off and on again to no avail. What should I do?

hi ive been having having sound issues for the past 2 days trying to watch anything, thats on lg tv app and a now tv stick, i spoke to someone from now tv and they just said there going to forward the problem on to the techi team and let me know in24 to48 hours

Sound keeps stuttering on last ship ep3

Now TV having lots of problems at the moment 

Need to fix it paying for steaming service and not getting it

What are we paying for

Same problem

The audio cuts out consistently in the same places which suggests the file on the server may be corrupt? Please resolve this asap as all these technical issues are getting a little frustrating.

What happened to episode one? I’ve missed it and it’s not available on catch up!

I am having the same problem. The sound keeps cutting out on horror story 8 which means it's impossible to watch. Iit is so annoying.

They were told the same story on the 4th October 2 days  when I spoke to someone on the chat line  still not fixed I have been watching netflix till the problem is sorted Live tv is ok as I checked it.

They are too slow getting the missing episodes and any technical problems sorted out they seem to wait until more people complain

Hi 

this is so annoying it has happened over 10 times in american horror also the last ship latest episode and  Elementary latest episode. I went on the chat on Thursday 4th October and they (suggested factory reset waste of time)as other shows are okay I don't think they even read what you have told them what the problem is and always takes ages to rectify the problem, like the missing episodes how is that even possible?

Same issue here. Samsung Now Tv app was cutting AHS sound so I changed over to the PS4. PS4 had the exact same issue with this episode only though.

I only got Now tv to get AHS and last week's episode was late and just tried to watch this week's and because of the sound cutting out it's unwatchable!.Are there no diagnostic checks before they air the episodes?Is there no quality checks?.What a joke.....

Any word from Now TV as to when we can expect a fix to the episode? The only notification on the Service Updates page refers to missing episodes - this episode isn't missing, but it may as well be because it's not possible to watch it properly with the audio cutting out constantly. 

Fair enough sometimes there are technical issues but at least acknowledge them when multiple people are reporting the same issue and provide some expectation of resolution at a minimum...

i tried to get in contact again with now tv but unsuccessful ,as it happens when trying to watch the wire aswell, so i sent a complaint in for all the good that will do this is the 3rd day for me, with sound playing up tryng to watch things, i keep trying ahs and the wire now and then but still the same problems
