3 months entertainment pass code not working

hello, last month a signed up to a new energy tariff with npower and was given a now tv voucher code for 3 months free entertainment pass, ive just got around to applying the code though and its not working, any advise please?

Welcome to the forum.

The usual cause of this is misreading the code on the voucher. Try a few different combinations, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc

thanks, i copy and pasted the code so there should be no issues there, i also tried typimg it and that didnt work,

Sorry I'm not familiar with how the Npower offer generates the code, when you went to the Npower offers page to claim the code did it ask you for an email address and if so did you enter the one associated with your NOW TV account? Often these promotions send an email with a link you can follow to apply the code automatically. Have you tried going through the steps on the Npower offer website again, choosing the existing customer option?

If you still don't get any luck, try a word with live chat, although if they aren't aware of the Npower offer you might need to wait for a member of the NOW TV team to pick up your post.
