why cant I watch a full episode of anything get booted out with error message "that didnt go to plan" been happening for about a week now, reset the box (several times) very frustrating thinking of cancelling subscription

@Anonymous User there's dozens of threads already started on the same issue. It's a known problem that Now are trying to fix.
So far it only seems to be affecting users who don't have Boost membership as the issue is related to the adverts.

Now badly need to address the UI issues with the Community that have members posting this same issue over and over, because they aren’t seeing all the other reports of it.
Perhaps a Status report at the top, as they seem to be able to do for broadband outages, or a mandatory display of the latest posting headings, before the member can post?

@RoyB even having a status report for broadband outages doesn't stop people posting about the same outage.
When posting a new question the headline box shows matching threads/key words as you type but that system is only functional if people are giving the thread a headline that's relevant to the problem. "What's going on" would understandably return no matches!
What could be helpful is a text box that appears when you start a new post "have you used our search tool? Type some key words in the search bar as there may be an answer available already" or, if they ignore that as you type your headline, off to the side, another box maybe says "it looks like someone has already posted about a similar issue".
Just a couple of thoughts.
