valid pass not working

I have an entertainment pass valid until 17/05/2021 but when i enter the code it says Sorry this offer has ended and you missed out this time.

Anyone know how to rectify this?

You'll have 2 options; Live Chat or send an email.

 

Live chat. Just make sure to click "chat online" within the green box.
