Hi, i have an entertainment pass and a kids pass. anytime i try and watch something it doesn’t load. i’ve reinstalled the app, logged off and back in and cleaned up storage in my device. i have grey internet so i don’t understand what the issue is.

What playback device are you using ?
Any error message or code on your screen ?
Have you tried unplugging the power to both your playback device and Router for a minute and restart the Router first, give it say 5 minutes then power back up your playback device.
Do you own any other playback device and if so does the same problem persist ?
